How to order:

1. Change quantity to the amount of pieces that you would like to order
2. Select the drop down menu, and select any available options
3. Type your personalised details in the "Personalised Details" box
4. Click “add to cart”
5. Select your preferred shipping method (terms of each shipping service can be found under the shipping policy section)
6. Any further comments can be included in the notes to seller section on the checkout page. Queries, requests, or urgent orders must be requested in advance of the order.

Please note: We can only personalise your order based on the information that you provide either via the "Personalised Details" box, or the "Notes to Seller" section at checkout.

Need to know:

❤︎ Photos are meant for examples and inspiration only. Your custom gift will be made to order based on the specifications you provide during checkout. As each item is unique and made for you, refunds and exchanges are not available unless an error was made by Glam & Co.

❤︎ Once your item has gone into production we are unable to accept cancellation requests or changes to fonts or designs.

❤︎ Please ensure that your dispatch address is up to date and correct, as returned items will be charged if they need to be re-sent.

Personalisation is only available on items that have a "personalisation" box within the listing. 

Personalisation is free on all items that have the option based on the design within the specific listing.  We can however design graphics and logos for you, please contact us directly for further info and pricing.
